Wear Nothing but Bathing Suits in Rio

While Rio de Janeiro is well known for its beautiful beaches and wild atmosphere, it doesn’t mean that locals are all party, all the time.
“People who walk in the streets only with a bikini (women) or trunks (men) are tourists,” Brazilian Lucas Cutrim wrote on Quora. “Yes, Rio is a beach city, but locals usually walk with shorts, flip-flops and a shirt (that is, if they are not at work). If they go to the beach, women will at least put a canga around their hip until they get there and men will wear shorts, only to remove them when they get to the beach.”
